about admission in top mba colleges

i have 65 % marks in 12th class, and 60 % in PCM.

Now i m in B.tech 3rd year. And i m sure that i will manage to have 70% in b.tech aggregate.

pls answer that could i admission in any of the top Colleges if i really work hard to crack entrance exam.
